I still have to keep up my 30mins a day cleaning so the place doesn't fall apart (and so the places still in need of attention get it) - but week 2 is about adding some fitness routine into the mix. Doing a 30 min workout - whether that's from stretching or strengthening, or a combination of both.
It can be morning or night - but either way it will be timed. At the moment I'm generally waking at 5.30am and I don't leave for work till 7am so this is the perfect timing.
Time to trim up before the wedding and for general fitness as well :)
